A FREE 3hour educational workshop which is fun, engaging, interactive and should not be missed! For all ages, from 12 – 70, we’ll take you through a simple technique-style workhop to teach you how to make music, how to record sound, how to learn to be a dj fast, and how to have good audio in your videos.
Latin Dance music night* from 7.30pm till late. Admission for this is RM45 (pre-sale) and RM50 (at the door). Tickets available at Jambu Restaurant and is inclusive of Salsa Buffet, 2 drinks and heaps of great Latin music. *Kuching only.

The next MacFest will be this Sat, 25th Aug at Hoxe’s Cafe in Damansara Perdana from 8pm. Agenda for the night:
- Faiq will talk about Mobile Apps
- Vern & Anna will show how to ‘Mac-ify your Ubuntu’
- Jinny will demonstrate audio transcribing workflow on Macs
There’ll be a RM10 charge per person as the cafe is reserved just for our event. There’ll be finger food, hot drinks and lucky draws.

KUCHING: The Sarawak Tourism Board (STB) takes pride in ensuring that its second painting competition themed “Sarawak Rainforest” will be more succesful this year, said STB chief executive officer Gracie Geikie.
She was confident the board would be better prepared and more organised given the experience it went through last year.
“The competition we first held last year was succesful but I believe this year will be more successful than last year,” she said when launching the competition at STB office at Yayasan Sarawak yesterday.
