    You can purchase any configurations from us including CTO options (Custom To Order), hi-res or otherwise. We'll only need a few days of back-order for CTO options.

    Hi mardi,

    If you'd like to confirm, all you have to do is put up a 10% confirmation deposit before we order. Do keep in mind CTO units ETA varies depending on availability, and if you're in a hurry for it, it might not be a good idea. :)

    The price will be similar (very slightly cheaper than) to the online price. Let us know what you're OK with.

    Depending on the issue, we can diagnose it for free and if it's not major, we can fix it on the spot for free. Otherwise we'll advice you accordingly. Bring it to our store and we can diagnose it for you.

    My MBP couldn't boot up after some failed installation. After I did all the disk utility check the errors could not be retrieved. Is it possible to do a cloning using terminal?

    I was thinking of to do it myself or take the opportunity to switch to 500gb harddisk. If so how much will it cost to recover and get my 'old' system back with new hardisk. Thanks

    Sorry to hear about that. Bring your MBP over and we'll sort you out. Recovery is a 50-50 chance and the only way we can find out is to try to do it for you.

    We can do upgrades up to 640GB HDD for you.

    Where is the 3GS from and what is the issue? Most of the time we can fix it on the spot for you depending on the issue. We can advice you otherwise. Please bring it by to our store.

    We'll probably have to test it first, J. It could be just the software. You can test if this is the case if you can still reset-cycle the phone by pressing and holding on the home button and power button simultaneously until it reboots.

    Otherwise, it sounds like it requires a warranty fix.

    after holding on home button n power button, it asked me to slide to turn off. then to turn on, i had to press power button again. the home button still doesn't work.

    how does a warranty fix work? mine is still under warranty, expires in nov 2010.

    My first suggestion is, if you'd like to go the warranty way is to enter your iPhone's serial number here: https://selfsolve.apple.com/GetWarranty.do

    It'll show you your warranty options and where to get it from.

    For your iPhone, we can only do out-of-warranty services and hardware replacements, including your home button.

    after i entered my iphone's serial number, it shows only Digi or Maxis but I didn't buy my iphone from either of them. So where can i get my warranty?

    how much does it costs roughly to fix the home button?

    Hey, I bought the iPod shuffle here. It is still under warranty. But my earphones 'cotton' thing around the earphone are almost all coming off! Its so painful listening using those!!

    Hello! I have the iPhone 4 but I some how realize the battery life of the iPhone is really horrible! I heard reviews that it was awesome and some negative ones! I really have no idea how to solve it! I tried to search for this issue but those answers don't really help! The battery life probably decrease 10% every 15 mins without heavy use! Something must be really wrong! Hope you could help me! Btw, I bought the cygnet bumper but I did not like it! Its to thick and bulky! Do you have the apple bumper? It's looks alot nicer and thinner! I would also want to ask if you have the iPhone 4 back protector. I want a transparent one. I also have on of those but somehow to much bubbles! Haha! Thx!
